These Terms govern your use of aminomarketing.com and any services provided by Amino Websites (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
We provide website design and development, eCommerce builds, site audits, ad creative, copywriting, and marketing strategy for peptide and research-use-only (RUO) brands. The scope, fees, and timeline of each project are set out in a separate proposal or agreement, which takes priority if it conflicts with these Terms.
2. Eligibility
Our services are for businesses only. By engaging us, you confirm you are 18 or older and authorised to act on behalf of your business.
3. Client Responsibility & Compliance
We are a marketing and development agency. We do not manufacture, sell, or handle any peptides or research products, and we do not provide legal, medical, or regulatory advice. You are solely responsible for your products, all claims made about them, required disclaimers, and compliance with applicable laws and advertising, platform, and payment processor policies. Approving a deliverable confirms you have reviewed it for accuracy and compliance.
4. Free Site Audits
Complimentary audits and consultations are provided for general information only, with no obligation. They do not create a client relationship, and we may change or withdraw free offers at any time.
5. Fees & Payment
Fees are as stated in your agreement. A deposit is required before work begins, and remaining balances are due as agreed. Where commission or performance-based fees apply, you agree to provide accurate order data for calculating them. Late payment may result in paused work. Deposits and fees for completed work are non-refundable.
6. Revisions
Each project includes the revision rounds stated in your agreement. Additional changes or requests outside the agreed scope may be quoted and billed separately.
7. Intellectual Property
Once paid in full, you own the final custom deliverables created for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code, and templates, and third-party assets such as themes, plugins, and fonts remain under their own licences. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
8. Third-Party Services
Websites rely on third parties such as hosts, domain registrars, payment gateways, and ad platforms. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, or account restrictions.
9. No Guarantee of Results
We work to improve your performance, but we do not guarantee specific traffic, rankings, sales, or approval by ad platforms or payment processors.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the related service.
11. Termination
Either party may end an engagement as set out in the agreement. You remain responsible for payment for all work completed up to that point.
12. Changes & Governing Law
We may update these Terms at any time, and changes take effect when posted on this page. These Terms are governed by the laws of US.
